We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
Once your order has been processed, shipping time will depend on your location. Estimated shipping times will be provided during the checkout process, taking into account the destination and chosen shipping method.

Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet these conditions.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
The customer must inform JEWELY STORE of the return of the package by email.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
To protect their item during transport, the customer will simply have to place it carefully in its original packaging or in suitable cardboard packaging (do not use a paper envelope) and send it to JEWELY STORE 3 Avenue du Parc 92400 Courbevoie, accompanied by the duly completed "return slip" attached to its invoice.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
